Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At Noorayat, we strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience to our customers. We follow a "100% Buyer Protection Program" to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, in the event of any issue, we have a comprehensive policy for cancellations and exchanges. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns/Exchanges during Sale: No returns or exchanges are possible during sale periods or for sale products. All sales are final.

Cancellation: Once the order has been placed, we do not allow cancellations by customers. Therefore, we request you to carefully review your order before making the payment.

Exchange: If you need to request an exchange due to a size issue, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing us at info@noorayat.com. We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to notify us regarding any exchange request. We accept exchanges only if the product is returned to us. The product must be returned to us within 10 working days of submitting your exchange request. Items received beyond 10 days will not be eligible for exchange. Please note that exchanges are only allowed for size issues and not for product exchanges. Additionally, all purchases made on offers and discounts are non-exchangeable.

Exchange Not Accepted: Exchanges will not be accepted due to a color difference of up to 10%, which may be due to screen resolution and lighting. Exchanges are not accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the product ordered. We use the best quality materials in the market, and all product details are mentioned in the product description. Therefore, we recommend that you read all the details before placing an order. Exchanges are also not accepted if the piece is specially customized for the customer.

Eligibility for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In case the product received is defective or damaged, please inform us within 3 days of receiving it so that we can arrange a replacement or a credit note valid for six months.

Exchange Process: To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@noorayat.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. The cost of sending the products to us must be borne by the customer. You will have to self-ship the products to us. We will dispatch the exchanged product at our expense. We request you to please go through our size guide thoroughly before confirming your orders or get in touch with us to know your right size.
