Return & Refund Policy
Return Requests:
- Customers need to email us at info@noorayat.com to place a return request.
- In the email, they should provide their order details and the reason for the return.
- Once we receive the email, we will arrange for the return pickup and inform the customer about the same.
Return Policy:
- Orders can be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery.
- An opening video showing the wrong product delivery is mandatory for initiating a return.
- Returns are only applicable in cases of wrong/different product delivery.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Orders for which packaging is damaged or seal is broken should not be accepted. Any such consignment, if accepted, cannot be returned.
- Items will be considered for return only if the product/price tag is intact, and the product has not been used/washed/damaged.
- The item to be returned should be packed properly and handed over to the courier person.
- All returned items go through a quality check by our quality team, and the acceptance of the returned item will be informed to the customer via an email within 1 business day from receiving the return consignment.
Refund Policy:
- Once the return is accepted, the refund will be processed within 3 business days, and the customer will receive an email confirmation.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the customer can choose either store credits against the return or refund to their bank account.
- Noorayat will send out a payment link for the same, and the customer can add their details and avail the refund.
- The payment link will be sent out once the product is received.
